[RDFa TC] Review support tool: rdfa.debug

To speed up the review process, I thought it helps 
having a little tool at hand that would render the
actual XHTML+RDFa code and the output (triples)
side by side (also to avoid the IE shortcomings ;)

So I sat down and had a quick hacking session:

The rdfa.debug tool is currently quite dumb. 
Just specify the TC, hit the 'Inspect!' button
and you're ready for reviewing stuff ...

Disclaimer: rdfa.debug currently is really 
just for supporting the review process of the RDFa TC. 
No further guarantee is given - use at your own risk :)

However, if time allows, a *real* RDFa debugger
might emerge, later this year ...
