[VM] regrets for 17 Jan VMTF

We agreed last week to meet at 1400 UTC on 17 Jan and 1500 UTC
thereafter.  I forgot when were were discussing this that I have an
all-day meeting on the 17th.  This conflicting meeting doesn't start
until 1430 UTC so I might be able to be present for a short while
at the start of our telecon but I must give my regrets for the bulk of
the meeting, sorry.
