Dear all, just to let you know that my book on "Semantic Management of Middleware" has been released in the meantime. It's an example par excellence for Semantic Web technologies in software engineering. In essence, we discuss reasoning with software components in application servers and Web services. Some of the work has been discussed, revised and pushed in the SETF. I also have acknowledgements of our group and task force in there. Check: http://www.aifb.uni-karlsruhe.de/WBS/dob/book For all the foundational ontologists out there: This is probably the first document that presents the theory of Guarino coherently, with lots of precise definitions, a running example, etc. One had to tediously collect all the bits and pieces from several of his papers, so far. We also build a highly axiomatized, well documented, core software ontology based on DOLCE in this book. Enjoy Daniel
