Hi all, Following Jeremy's suggestion number (7) at [1], I'd like to raise a proposal to modify all examples given in the SKOS Core Guide after the section 'labelling properties', such that a language tag is added to all literals with natural language text, where currently absent. This is to encourage the use of language tags even for concept schemes labelled and documented in a single language, because the presence of language tags provides useful information where the concept scheme is being discovered and used in an international context, as is inevitable once published on the web. Any objections to raising this proposal? Cheers, Al.
