Here is the outcome of the SE telecon on 7th June:

1. Agreement was reached to:
      a) Circulate the current note on Semweb in SE and ODA to the Working
Group for review
      b) Start work on a second note on composite IFP schemes (Phil Tetlow
to produce early outline)
