XSCD last call comments

I was reminded of my action at Monday's telecon.
I had forgotten that I had in fact done something substantive i.e.

review your document. Unfortunately I was tardy in my review, and the WG
has not had time to consider my comments (only a few of which are

would suggest that if it becomes important as to whether any specific
comment has SWBPD WG consensus that the XML Schema WG could ask directly.

so unless the chairs wish that we have discussion now of the four 
highlighted comments, that we mark this matter as closed, until/unless 
the XML Schema group ask a specific question as to whether my personal 
comments have WG support.
