Hi all,
For those of you who are interested, we've posted the following,
available on the ODM RFP page
as notes that accompany the January 10 revised submission document:
- Summary document providing the feedback we've received to date
on the submission,
http://www.omg.org/docs/ad/05-04-14.pdf
- Alternative proposal from NIST for a UML profile for RDFS/OWL,
http://www.omg.org/docs/ad/05-04-15.pdf
- A presentation received from the ISO JTC 1 SC 32 Liaison on the
ISO 19763 MMF team
including a proposal for an alternate OWL metamodel based on OWL
DL abstract syntax
http://www.omg.org/docs/ad/05-04-16.pdf
The original January document is available at
http://www.omg.org/docs/ad/05-01-01.pdf, and
I can email a copy with bookmarks to anyone who needs it at this point
-- just let me know.
We (the ODM team) are actively working through this feedback and are
attempting to either
incoroporate the changes recommended, or if not, augment the text to
discuss the issues
raised to the extent possible between now and the end of May. If anyone
has further comments
on the revised submission that are not reflected in these documents, or
if you want to
emphasize any of the points raised, please get that information to us
quickly. We would like
to have all inputs by the end of next week in order to have sufficient
time to get changes
into the document by the end of the month.
Thanks and best regards,
Elisa
