Outcome of SE telecon on April 12 2005

Below is the outcome of the SE telecon on April 12 2005:

1. Phil to check the current status of the draft.
2. Elisa to revise the draft if any key comments from Mike and David haven't
been addressed in the current draft by the next SE telecon.
3. Elisa to add a new section about constraints and ODM by the next SE
telecon (April 26).
4. Jeff and Daniel to check Elisa's draft.
5. Participants decided to postpone the deadline of the draft to the end of
April.
6. Participants agreed to help Evan on the SWESE workshop.
