[VM] Telecon to move things forward?

Dear all,

In the last telecon, I thought VM would have a first draft by
the F2F meeting on November 4 [1].  As per Ralph's suggestion
[2], I think it would be helpful to schedule a telecon for
the next two or three weeks.

An alternate Thursday is one possibility, but 9 September
is probably too soon, and unfortunately I cannot make it on
23 September.

The next regular telecon on 16 September is a "late" one,
so perhaps we could hold a VM telecon in the hour before
(1700 UTC)?

The VM description [3] currently lists the following TF members:

Libby Miller              Dan Brickley              
Alistair Miles            Bernard Vatant            
Ralph Swick               James Hendler             
Alan Rector               Aldo Gangemi              
Natasha Noy
