telecon times

I haven't seen yet the minutes from last Thursday's SWBP telecon.  I hope 
that is forthcoming (Alistair?)

Just as a heads up for everyone, the following motion was passed at this 
meeting:

PROPOSE: david proposes to move telecon times for 2005 at 1800UTC on 
alternating thursdays 

So - will this new schedule begin on Dec. 30 (two weeks after the next 
scheduled telecon, Dec 16)?
