RE: Possible Locations for F2F

If you want a European option, its likely we could host here in Bristol,
possibly with some help from our local friends.  On the other hand you may
want to rule that out as the last f2f was in Europe, in which case we should
bear in mind that the tech plenary is east coast next year.
