I've just added support for specifications other than SVG 2 in the 
Mercurial repository:

   https://svgwg.org/hg/svg2/file/1e217e22fcc2/specs

I've added a "template" spec in there that can be copied.  Exposing each 
spec on the server, as http://svgwg.org/specs/template/, must be done 
manually on the server for each new spec.  So let me know if that needs 
to happen.

If anyone wants any help migrating an existing current spec from CVS let 
me know.
