Hi SVG WG,

I have more agenda requests:

1) Deprecating 'animateTransform'
Now that 'animate' can animate transforms, Brian asks for deprecating 'animateTransform'.

2) Remove 'animateColor' from spec?
Do we want to remove 'animateColor' from the spec? IIRC it is deprecated since SVG 1.1.

3) Clean up of SVG animation.
- Rely on SMIL 3.0 animation descriptions as much as possible,
- remove duplicated descriptions.
- Add smaller examples (that may replace the big examples)

4) by animation and neutral element on addition
Should we follow SMIL 3.0 and use the scalar from 0 to value from 'by'?
If so, what about matrix, perspective. These functions would be non-invertible. The current algorithm on CSS Transforms does not allow matrix interpolation of non-invertible matrices. Brian suggests not to follow SMIL 3.0 and use identity transforms instead of null matrix as basic value, while Olaf would like to follow SMIL 3.0 and let the neutral element of addition always be 0 (which is mathematically correct, but leads to non-invertible matrices).
