Feature strings for buffered-rendering and color-rendering

Related to ISSUE-2151, I think we should add the new @buffered-rendering
to the http://…#GraphicsAttribute feature.

And why is @color-rendering in http://…#PaintAttribute?  I think it
would make sense to be in http://…#GraphicsAttribute also.
