ISSUE-2047 (namedcolors): Using author-defined named colors where <color> can be specified [SVG Core 2.0] http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/WG/track/issues/2047 Raised by: Erik Dahlström On product: SVG Core 2.0 For author-defined named colors it's possible to use the solidColor element (which is a paintserver) or to define a gradient with only one color (also a paintserver). In SVGT12 it's not possible to use these paintservers in some situations, e.g viewport-fill, stop-color. This limits the usefulness of solidColor somewhat.
