aloha, again!

i neglected to note in my previous post that Shane McCarron also 
stated that it is "possible to make stateless if defined 'if no item 
that would be selected has focus currently, start with first one in 
document order, otherwise find next one in navigation order'

this may be the solution to the DOM Mutations event issue addressed
in my previous post -- shane is in the process of preparing a new 
draft of the Access Module, and there are a few i18n issues left 
to review...
