Progress Event tests submitted

Hello WG,

As per our quota of tests detailed on Tuesday's call, I have submitted three progress event tests. I have not yet setup for CVS access to the new location, so they are attached here. They will be renamed accordingly once they are put into the repository.

Now, onward to Timer events I guess...
