@sideshowbarker That is disappointing to learn the SVG working group does not have a supporting SVG2 schema, nor does it intend to develop one. One of the principle values of adopting a mark-up language is having a corresponding schema that enforces/validates the SVG2 rules in a consistent manner. We strongly encourage the SVG WG to re-consider the priority of this task, and the value that it brings to the overall SVG2 specification. Having a group of power system experts write an SVG2 schema may not be in the best interests of the W3C/SVG WG.
