Praveen-Rai has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/svgwg: == <Image> auto-rotation due to 'Orientation' attribute in EXIF Data == Problem : There's no attribute in SVG to control if the imported image be auto-rotated as per its EXIF data. I created a SVG which has an image embedded in it. When i open it in browser its orientation is Portrait, while in InkScape or OpenOffice Text the orientation automatically changes to Landscape. I am not knowledgeable about the Specification as a whole. Hence would request someone to fill-up any gaps here.
