Blink supports 
`pointer-events: bounding-box;`
but Edge/Firefox/Safari do not.

Do we have a second implementation, or planned implementation?

All browsers support the other [pointer-events](https://svgwg.org/svg2-draft/interact.html#PointerEventsProperty) values.
