ewilligers has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/svgwg:

Blink supports 
`pointer-events: bounding-box;`
but Edge/Firefox/Safari do not.

Do we have a second implementation, or planned implementation?

All browsers support the other pointer-events values.
