We definitely should. For style properties (including the new geometry properties), there is a standard "percentages" entry in the blue info box.  It would be nice to have a similar value for other attributes.

This issue was originally raised because, even for style properties, the percentages entry is often ambiguously worded:

> Percentages: | refer to the size of the current SVG viewport (see [Units](https://svgwg.org/svg2-draft/coords.html#Units))

That wording is the same for [`stroke-width`](https://svgwg.org/svg2-draft/painting.html#StrokeWidth), [`cx`](https://svgwg.org/svg2-draft/geometry.html#CX), and [`cy`](https://svgwg.org/svg2-draft/geometry.html#CY), despite the fact that percentages are actually relative to a different value in each case.
