When viewing the SVG authoring guide over HTTPS, the CSS styles are 
not applied due to a mixed content issue. Please update the URL to 
respec-w3c-common

 to use `https:` instead. Notice how it auto-redirects to HTTPS 
anyway, so there’s really no need to have `http:` in your spec.
