When viewing the SVG authoring guide over HTTPS, the CSS styles are 
not applied due to an mixed content issue. Please update the URL to 
respec-w3c-common:

http://www.w3.org/Tools/respec/respec-w3c-common

Notice how it auto-redirects to HTTPS, so there’s really no need to 
have `http:` in your spec.
