Since SVG 2 relies on a stricter definition of <length> than SVG 1, I 
would suggest allowing  `<number>|<percentage>|<length>` rather than 
only `<length>` on attributes such as `cx`, `cy`, `fx`, `fy`, `rx`, 
`ry` or `r`
