Great work, Shaun! :-)

A quick look at it shows that client-side (browser) XLST transforms
seem to have been only lightly touched  (section "Calling XSLT
transforms explicitly", "In the browser" subsection), exactly what I
was recently experimenting with. :-)

I'm placing this in my TODO stack and will let you now whenever I'm
able to review it/add to it. In the meantime, my quick read up says
that it's quite ready to be integrated into the book. ;-)

@David: I'd only suggest making a copy of Shaun's work, in case the
online version goes down for some reason. I've just done it, BTW.
