OK, great. I'm still holding for news from Doug regarding CVS access.
Currently, I only have very minor suggestions (typos, potential markup
fixes, etc.).

I agree. If technical accuracy is not compromised, then we should
stick to David's prose. I pretty much like David's style, anyway, with
the occasional humor and unusual term employment (which sometimes make
me crawl for the dictionary, but that's maybe because I'm not a native
speaker). :-)
