Re: ARIA Editor's Drafts and gh-pages branch on GitHub

Rawgit is useful for us to share quick edits with each other. But we 
have been told it causes problem for the system if we publish such URIs 
widely, and they will start throttling traffic if there are too many 
hits as a result of that. We've been asked to use github.io (i.e., 
gh-pages branch) for public drafts. Because we lack automation, an 
editor needs to update that branch at whatever time they see fit. I can 
walk you through the process.
