Draft Charter for Interest/Working Group

Hello,

I have added my email to the above document, and I wanted to ask how to be
an active part of the emerging interest/working group and when the next
session is likely to be?

Also I see that comments are meant to have closed by July 15, so not sure
if I should add any thoughts or references.
