Wearing CG co-chair hat again 🤠

I will add clarification at the end, but I would like to start with a 
proposal to officially amend the list above to add a 4th candidate:

If someone would like to object, PLEASE RAISE YOUR OBJECTION ASAP!!!

While there are no objections, I think Rui should participate in the 
election together with other candidates.

Now the clarification. Rui reached out directly to Solid CG chairs 
yesterday, before anyone else submitted their nomination, with a 
question related to changing affiliation with a W3C member and the 
possible impact on being able to act as a CG co-chair. We responded to 
the best of our capacity and knowledge, with small delays related to 
timezone differences (plus some outdated email addresses and my DNS 
configuration issues).

I might have also been sloppy when communicating about candidates 
joining today's CG call, possibly suggesting it as required and not 
strongly encouraged. In the end, from all the candidates, only Precious 
was able to attend the call today.

Besides that, in my official email, I wrote Nov 19th as a deadline,  
without mentioning any specific hour and timezone, leaving some 
ambiguity.

Given all the above, I would like to suggest two improvements for the 
future:
* Don't let me try to coordinate elections again - should be easy given 
my full term ending in a year
* Let's not save all the self-nominations for the very last two days ⏰
