> The elected candidates [1] (in alphabetical order by last name) are: > > * Virginia Balseiro > * Michiel de Jong > * Hadrian Zbarcea Congratulations Virginia, Michiel, and Hadrian 👏 I am confident that the three of you will create an amazing co-chairing team! I'm looking forward to continuing my collaboration on co-editing and co-authoring specifications, as well as implementing conformant open-source software. I would also like to say Thank you Sarven! for chairing the Solid CG for the last 4 years. If there is a W3C CG chairs hall of fame, I would like to offer you my nomination 🏆 For anyone who has missed it, Sarven wrote about his chairing experience at https://csarven.ca/self-review-chairing This election process took quite a lot of our attention and effort. I'm glad we did it and I hope our experience will be useful for this and other CGs in the future. For anyone interested in sharing their feedback, the discussion thread will be available soon, as well as a retrospective meeting planned for Jan 9th * https://github.com/solid/specification/discussions/582 * https://www.w3.org/events/meetings/b277ff65-0aad-425e-bd1d-64758cd4547a/20240109T140000/ I think that the whole election volunteer team, led by Sarven, did excellent work! I would like to wish everyone a great end of the calendar year, and I look forward to working together in 2024 and beyond 🥳 Cheers, elf Pavlik
