Solid and Adaptive Content and Instruction

I recently mentioned Solid in a Wiki Research mailing list: https://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/wiki-research-l/2019-February/006625.html .

The gist of the mention was that, with Solid, digital textbooks and websites can adapt and personalize content and explanation to individuals per their ages, reading levels, topic knowledge, settings and preferences. A single copy of an individual’s pertinent data in their Solid POD could facilitate the adaptation and personalization of educational content across a number of scenarios: digital textbooks, e-learning solutions and websites such as Wikipedia.
