Re: Response needed! Please vote again... dates now correct

Thanks for fixing the Doodle poll, Evan.

Sorry to say, Jessica, Arnaud, elf, Tantek, BenR, Sandro, Harry, Henry, Dave Skiba, Shane Hudson, and Aaron... must all vote again. Your previous votes went grey when the dates were corrected.

Everyone else -- please let us know your intentions. This is a big opportunity to have a meeting in Europe!

I've updated the poll.

Actually, Henry, the AC meeting is May 6-7.

The New Member Introduction (which most of us can skip) is the afternoon of May 5

A celebration that this is the 20th year of W3C in Europe - which I presume we want to attend -- is the evening of may 5.

Thus, the proposed days are Monday-Tuesday, May 4-5.

Sorry for the confusion to those who aren't AC reps!

I think there was some consensus to reduce to just have a one day meeting
around the AC meeting.

The AC meeting is Tuesday 5th and Wednesday 6th

https://www.w3.org/Member/Meeting/2015ac/May/

So the Doodle Should give the option of Monday 4th or the day after the AC meeting
Thursday 7th May.

I don't think that this is incompatible with also having a meeting in July in
Edinborough, which is 3 months later.
