So I got started on this here: https://www.w3.org/wiki/Socialwg/Social_API/User_stories#Following_a_person_on_another_network I'm pretty OK with it, but I think requiring cross-organizational details to surface in the user stories makes it hard to understand them, unless the cross-organizational aspect is the whole point. -Evan
