F2F3: Evaluation of API Candidates

Hi,

As we discussed today, I added links to few of API Candidates which I
will use in my demos.

Non of them covers all the API requirement but provides pieces for that.
Very likely they could become part of SoLiD stack!

As Sandro suggested, let's all make effort to read those specs before
discussing them and watching demo during our F2F. For those which I
linked already today please don't wait until the next week to start
reading them ;)

I will also add later to the proposed agenda which particular stories I
plan to demo...
