How we can help people with making it to F2F in Paris? (those with 'at risk due to travel funding' note)

I noticed at least two people who plan to participate added note 'at
risk due to travel funding'.

I propose listing hard *dependencies* of your participation on a Wishlist
https://www.w3.org/wiki/Socialwg/2015-05-04#Wishlist_and_Attributions

Even that I will certainly find my way to participate in that event, I
listed my dependencies to serve as an example. And to encourage others,
who want to make effort to come and contribute time to our common
effort, not to feel shy and instead feel comfortable with asking for help.

Once we see more wishes there, we can start adding suggestions on how to
possibly fulfill them. For example if someone needs help with flight
ticket, we can ask our friends who fly frequently if they would like to
help with frequent flier miles they very likely have accumulated (this
tip already helped few of my friends in a past to make their way to
important meeting).

While I prefer to prioritize solutions not depend on use of monetary
currencies, especially those from ISO 4217 list. While they still stay
in mainstream use, some of the group participants might find financial
capacity and will to support others to certain degree. We will not know
until we as this question.

To have much greater degree of freedom in supporting each other in near
future, from my side I will work on restarting Web Currencies CG. This
way for example we will have possibility to transfer to each other
flight kilometers, railway kilometers, meals at dinning places, days at
coliving places etc. without need for indirection of ISO 4217
currencies. But this development will not happen in next 4 weeks :(
