Last telecon we didn't even get to discussing our workflows. I had
proposal on a wiki page:

"PROPOSAL: wiki page for n+1 meeting already exists during n meeting, we
prepare agenda together tue-fri and *close it on friday*"

Following that, I would like to encourage everyone to add agenda items
for our next meeting and ask Evan to *freeze* it tomorrow evening. IMO
this will give everyone time to well prepare *prior* to the meeting

If someone doesn't add topic to the agenda before friday, I find it more
productive to wait with it for another week, rather than trying to deal
with it giving others no time to prepare. Same goes to ISSUES and
ACTIONS in tracker, we shouldn't discuss those with no link from the
agenda page and no clear resolution / issue statement in ISSUE/ACTION
itself!
