There's been lots of discussion about the charter, and lots of proposals put forward. As many of us can't attend the teleconference, a simple vote via questionnaire would be useful to inform and guide the final decisions on the charter. A questionnaire has been created, and we would appreciate if you could take a minute or two and fill it out: http://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/99999/SocialWebXGCharter/ It contains information on chairing, editing, and whether or not we should use task-forces or just be one single group, and how we use list-servs and telecons. Note that *anyone* can fill it out, you do not have to be a W3C member. Everyone with a stake in the group should fill it out to the best of their abilities. This allows people at the telecon to gauge how many people want to participate in this exciting activity, and so scope the Social Web XG's deliverables appropriately. Any errors in the charter are mine, by the way. Let's get this charter out the way so we can actually get to work. take care, harry
