More seriously, I would say that improving the style and language of
these documents is only worth the effort for the namespace documents
resident in
  http://www.w3.org/ns
I would suggest that only errors of fact are worth correcting in the
stale documents.
This amounts to restricting ourselves to your
C5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18 (I presume the missing C16 against
ns/sml.htlm is _your_ typo, as that is the _same_ document as ns/sml!)
C10, C11, C14 have been fixed
