My bad -- sml may be sml.xhtml, or sml.html, depending on various HTTP
headers. . . (/me wonders _why_ we have both!)

C9 has been fixed
C13 has been fixed
C15 has been fixed
C17 has been fixed
I've link-checked and validated all 8 of the current ns docs.
