action item update needed

Kumar, last week you said you would talk to Pratul about the disposition 
of

so that the wg would have the chance to provide the Schema wg with a 
timely response in the event that Pratul (or you) was unable to craft one 
by this Friday when their LC review period closes.  Please update us on
