[Bug 5824] New: Grammar change in sml:targetElement example text

http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=5824

Summary: Grammar change in sml:targetElement example text
           Product: SML
           Version: LC
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Core
        AssignedTo: cmsmcq@w3.org
        ReportedBy: david_whiteman@us.ibm.com
         QAContact: public-sml@w3.org

The text just before the example for sml:targetElement is as follows:

"In the following example, the element referenced by instances of HostOS must
be instances of win:Windows"

It seems the more accurate wording would be "...must be an instance of
win:Windows".
