I hope to distribute *BY Monday* the full text of section SML 4.2.2 that addresses both the resolution and example questions. John and I had a very profitable discussion this afternoon on EPRs--and through a process of "violent agreement" we settled on how the EPR scheme should be written up. Two seconds before this email arrived, I sent a draft to John to his review. I think the EPR question should be completely resolvable on Monday's call. Dealing in one defect with more than it was initially intended by the defect originator is confusing and hard to manage from an editorial perspective.
