agenda for Silver meeting of 20 January 2023

Last week we had an informal discussion of goals and what to pursue 
next.  There were three main ideas from that conversation.

 1. Work on Accessibility Supported topic as a subgroup
 2. Continue work on the process of how to write guidelines
 3. Do the organizational work to collaborate with outside experts to
    prepare for writing guidelines and including new technologies in the
    migration of WCAG 2.2 guidelines.
