Addition to the agenda: Agenda for Silver meeting on 28 May 2021

We have been asked to review scripts for new Education and Outreach 
short videos:

EOWG has just opened the next survey of WCAG Video Scripts for your team 
to review and provide feedback. Each of you are the confirmed 
representative for your group in charge of distributing the survey. 
Please distribute the following survey and closing date information to 
individuals, or work directly with your group/task force to review the 
scripts and provide consolidated feedback via one person completing the 
survey. Either method is fine. We just want to be sure we have feedback 
represented by these identified stakeholders.

It's been weeks since we had a Silver meeting because of all the joint 
meetings.  I know it is the start of a US holiday weekend, but there is 
a lot to talk about -- especially whether or not the joint meetings are 
helpful!

W3C has a new calendar app that is currently in beta. We are encouraged 
to try it out.  If people like it and find it accessible, we can use it 
more.  After this email, there will be an email with an invite from the 
W3C calendar app.
