Summary:
The group discussed use case B, C and D. Coming to a general agreement that
conformance to ATAG might be a suitable alternative if third-party content
that can not itself be guaranteed accessible. The group then explored
issues of delays in accessibility, such as how long after posting a live
video should the audio description be made available.
