Perhaps there should be a beginning section as "Important information about Methods" just like there was "Important Information about Techniques" in WCAG 2.0 Techniques? I think there needs to be additional explanation up front about exactly how methods can be used to support outcomes. Also, "Introduction" is used instead of " Applicability" as in original WCAG 2.0 technique structure - is there a reason why terminology was changed - people may not gotten comfortable with the use of "Applicability"? For some of the tests, it seems difficult to determine exactly what is being tested (see; What Makes a Good Test?" : https://www.w3.org/QA/WG/2005/01/test-faq#good ). All of the tests should include something about "serves equivalent purpose" or "accurately describes" if not included, because that is the ultimate goal of the method. These documents are created by "copy and paste" of existing W3C documents including "HTML 5.3", "WAI Tutorials" and "Understanding WCAG 2.1". This is the first step to avoid reinventing wheels and show how existing stuff will be migrated to "WCAG 3.0". I've just added URLs where I copied from to each document for traceability. Comments and questions are welcome and helpful! You'll be able to make comments on each document.
