Timelines

Hello,

I believe I have brought the working schedule

and the public timeline
<https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/wiki/Draft_Silver_Timeline> up to date and
mostly in synch. Two actions:

1. Please review the working schedule and correct any errors

2. We agreed that we would hold the deep dive on Silver FPWD issues in
January.  The wiki says we were still closing public comment on December
5th.  I think we should extend public comment until January 4th but didn't
want to make the change without agreement. Thoughts?
