Hello, I'm looking for opinions on the best IRI to use when referring to the term "probe" to describe the subject matter of a dataset. The IRI should cover all items like [1] or [2] from providers such as: * Affymetrix Probeset * Agilent * CodeLink * Illumina * Wheat gene refs At present, I'm planning to go with dcterms:subject and "macromolecular probe" (from the Biological imaging methods ontology) like this: <http://identifiers.org/affy.probeset> <http://purl.org/dc/terms/subject> <http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/FBbi_00000410> . Thanks! Anders Riutta Gladstone Institutes [1] https://www.affymetrix.com/LinkServlet?probeset=1851_s_at [2] http://wheat.pw.usda.gov/cgi-bin/graingenes/report.cgi?class=reference&name=WGS-95-1333
