Hi Everyone, I would like to announce that we are opening a beta testing period for the uniprot.org official sparql endpoint. If you are interested to participate in testing the endpoint for compatibility with your software please contact help@uniprot.org for details. The UniProt endpoint contains all UniProt data including UniParc and UniRef as well as the NCBI/UniProt taxonomy for querying.
